Taste & experience umami in a soy sauce sampling. Taste in a blind sampling of Chef Eddie's favorite soy sauces from Japan, Taiwan, and Hong Kong and learn about why soy sauce is life.

Stuff & fold dumplings with hands-on instruction. Learn to master the art of traditional dumpling pleating with the help of Chef Eddie - we'll break it down step-by-step with individual attention.

Make a secret dumpling sauce from scratch. Using a combination of 5 core flavors and classic Asian sauces, your guests will make their own unique dipping sauces.

Dietary Restrictions

This experience can be made with vegetarian stuffing upon request with 48h notice with a tofu-based substitute.Unfortunately, this experience isn't suitable for guests with gluten allergies, as there isn't a viable flour substitute to make dumpling skins.

Space Requirements

Chef Eddie will provide all materials and ingredients, and can rent a venue or travel directly to your venue space. For private venues, please ensure there are at least 3 stovetops, tables and chairs for seating, and clear ventilation. Inquire for sample proposals >

Pricing

The minimum spend for any event is $2000. Standard events up to 25 people start at $99 per person for a 2-hour experience for all materials, ingredients, labor, transportation. Venue must be accessible 1 hour before experience for setup & prep.

Upgrade Options

Wagyu beef stuffing, Snake River Farms mixed with organic Berkshire heritage pork: $75 for every 10 guests
Venue rental: Starting at $800
Take-Home Soy Sauce: $15 per 400mL bottle

Coordinators may supply their own beverages and glassware (I recommend a creamy champagne, a light pinot, and/or lagers as pairing option) or snacks as they see fit.
